Tim has proven to be an unwavering force in the construction industry. Among his certifications are an Electrical Engineering degree, a Master Journeyman Plumber license, an Electrical Administrator license and experience starting up his own plumbing, heating & electrical company. Currently Tim is steering JAVCO towards its future as a leader in the Remodeling and Restoration Industry. With 20 years field experience and a mind for business ethics and strategy, Tim proves to be a contractor with a conscience surpassed by few.

Matt Carr, General Manager

Matt is no stranger to hard work. Running his own construction company in California, Matt has taken on everything from commercial concrete to stucco repair, from tile installation to bathroom remodeling, and from designing and installing irrigation systems to residential fences and decks. Matt's natural aptitude for leadership combined with his strong work ethic is a welcome addition to the JAVCO Crew.

Eric Gagon, Operations Manager

Eric has established himself in the industry as an Operations Manager willing and able to tackle challenges and see projects through to completion. Eric has over five years experience in Restoration, Estimating and Project Management. His Customer Service skills are second to none, and on the rare occasion he doesn't know the answer to your question, he won't stop until he does.
